Special cases : G.Audi m 20 nov 2012 These notes were prepared for eventual discussion of "Special Cases" in Ame2012 Special notation : GAu095 = G.Audi May 2009 year=2digits month=1-9,a,b,c : WgM10b = Wang Meng November 2010 32Si : MSU-LEBIT v/s (n,g) series of 2001Paul52 PTB (Section 7.3) BPf12b : remark by B.Pfeiffer Si-31 is unstable T=157 min. Tiny amount of Si-31 in target. Too low to detect the gamma rays from the rare capture reactions in Si-31. In ILL neutron guide hall : presence of high-energy gamma rays from neutron-capture in the air and in the construction material of the neutron guides. Entering the gamma transition of 9201.798 keV reported by the Braunschweig group into the NUDAT program of Brookhaven, there is a match to Cl-37 (E = 9202.1 keV). But no idea how this could have contaminated the measurement. 48K : 2012Lapierre05 Titan TT1 in serious conflict with 2 reactions (Can and Mun) provisonally preferred TT1 : reliable + systematics look better against : the 2 reactions are different type, diff. teams and they agree with each other. 69Se : 2007Sc24 MS1 Lebit in serious conflict with 69Se(ep)68Ge and 69Se(B+)69As from ChR GAu095 preferred ChR GAu103 + Wng103 may prefer now LEBIT.... 51Ca-52Ca : TT1 2012Ga29 change landscape of the n-rich Z=20 region Estimated masses for the unknown 53Ca-58Ca were then moved down by 1000-1700 keV The associated unc. are much smaller than the move, because they were solely based on TMS, and do not include unexpected strucutre changes as is the case here. 94Ag : we have no energy or mass relation for the ground state of 94Ag, only the high spin isomer (21+) provides proton decay energy to 93Pd [2005Mu15,2009Ce04]. A lower limit for 94Ag(B+)94Pd was established by 04Mu30, unfortunately much below the value that can be derived from the proton decay, 2.3 MeV higher. We adopt the former relation for establishing the mass of 94Agn. 94Agn(2p)92Rh 3449 100 2359# 402# -10.9B 2006Mu03,* To obtain the mass of the ground state we can only make an estimate from the trend of the mass surface TMS, yielding thus an excitation energy of 6350(500) keV. 102Pd-102Ru Shiptrap [2011Go23] v/s (B+) (B-) (e) (n,g) two other connexions (Section 7.3) The two other connexions are in perfect agreement with each other. If one of datum entering the two chains would be erroneous, there should then be an error of exactly the same amount in the other chain. Such a situation is highly improbable. more to be added below (after checking and rewriting) for the following items : The 105Sb-109I problem 116Cs 128In 145Er and 146Tm 183Tlm(a) 254Es 256Md 260Db 263Sg - 267Hs 277Ea 292Eg Mass Spectrometry GS2 GT1 and GT2 PCF=1.5 Penning Trap IAS isobaric analog states
