Using a Paul trap as an ion buncher two beam times on the n-deficient Hg isotopes 184-197Hg were carried out in 1996 and 1997. Two more runs in 1997 were used to investigate the rare earth isotopes 158-164Yb, 132-134Ce, 165Tm and 147-149Eu as well as 196,198Pb, 197Bi, 198Po and 203At. In 1999 a linear RFQ ion beam buncher was taken into operation replacing the Paul trap. The new RFQ has improved the sensitivity of the ISOLTRAP setup by more than 2 orders of magnitude. During the first radioactive run with the new RFQ device in July 1999 measurements on n-deficient Hg isotopes could be extended to 182,183Hg. A resolving power of up to 4*10^6 allowed to separate isomeric and ground states of 185,187,191,193,197Hg. With the measurement of 43,42,35,34Ar and 33Ar (T1/2=174ms) in November 1999 ISOLTRAP demonstrated that Penning trap mass spectrometers can be used to accurately determine masses of isotopes with halflives well below 1 second. The most recent run in November 1999 allowed to investigate the entire chain of Xenon isotopes from A=114 to 123. The analysis of the data is completed yielding mass values with an accuracy of typically dm/m= 10^{-7} for all isotopes mentioned. Please note change of internet address: ISOLTRAP's homepage is now on http://cern.ch/isoltrap III - DISPLAYS OF NUBASE A new version of NUCLEUS (the PC program which displays the contents of NUBASE) is now distributed by the AMDC. A bug in image capture is now fixed (in accepting selections on a nuclear property). Besides PostScript format, a bitmap output *.pcx (recognized by almost all image converters) is now available.
